Taster Session
FREE
Over the 1 hour session I provide an introduction to hypnobirthing which is a great way for you to learn more about hypnobirthing and the benefits that the Wise Hippo Birthing Programme can give you, to help you remain calm, relaxed and in control no matter what path your birthing takes.
The session will look at what we mean by ‘the right birth’ for you, the impact of fear in the birthing room, an insight into hypnosis and how I use it for hypnobirthing, a lovely relaxation session and an overview of what you will receive on the full course.

A non-refundable deposit of £50 will be taken at the time of booking, with the remaining balance of the course due one week before your first session.
